I presently wear a plain non-medicated glasses, can it affect my sight in any way?

not that i know of . but it keep dirt particles away from the eyes and that's an advantage.

Used to wear them when I take a bike, but soon noticed pain in my eyes, especially in the afternoons. I guess it has to do with the materials used to make them. I think some of them allow radiation thru to your eyes - my opinion.
