All protocol is duly observe. I need information on how to start up Gas business. Want to start with a gas refilling shop to be precise. How do I go about it because I'm a complete novice in the business.

What is your financial strength for the business?this is what determines where you start from. A sub distributor comes to mind because you spoke of a shop.
Approach any major distributor and ask their requirements and profit sharing formula to work with and under them.
