Front desk/ Receptionist FDR/003

A Marine logistics company located in the Peter Odili Area of Port Harcourt is looking to employ an individual that are in the National Youth Service Corps Year to cover the position Of Front Desk/ Receptionist

Qualification
i. Female Youth Corp
ii. Good interpersonal and communications Skills
iii. Basic MS Office Skill

Duties
i. Receive visitors and ensure visits are properly logged.
ii. Receive all deliveries (including mails, packages and procurement bids) and maintain an appropriate record of all deliveries.
iii. Receive phone calls and keep accounts of all inquiries and direct them to the appropriate departments.
iv. Coordinate information on staff movement and its lodgment.
v. Provide admin support, assignments and petty cash expenditures.
vi. Keeping front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material.
vii. Keep updated records and files
viii. Take up other duties as assigned
