Is there no way to transfer apps easily from Windows to android devices?

Using xender WiFi i s hectic and consumes your MB.

Is there no app that can do this

download shareit on both devices then u can go ahead and send it(app) from pc to phone

Whichever one sef it should not take your data at all

If you keep your android device's internet connection on when using Xender WiFi, it will tell you to visit a URL on the internet - that's what the OP is trying to say.

Windows tab.
It used to tell me to visit a link in order to connect. Does that not consume MB?

Yes. Go to playstore and search for shareit. And for laptop, search on google "shareit for pc", it's just 6mb for pc.

Its actually a a windows tab, not PC.
