OPTION ONE.
1. Price for Inflow/offshore to anywhere in the world is N355 less N5
2. Buyer must go to his bank and fill form "M"
3.After filling the form, he should leave the original with the bank and send scanned copy of the form 'M' to me on WhatsApp in addition to a scanned cheque copy with payment instruction covering buyer and all facilitators.
4. Buyer gets his money less than 24 hrs.

OPTION 2.
1. Buyer must send his NAIRA account details to Seller's Accounts officer at Ecobank to verify and if account is found funded, buyer will be allowed to lien his naira account immediately for transfer within 24 hrs. Transfer will be done and telex copy delivered to buyer within 24 hrs where buyer verifies and credit seller and all facilitators.

Note. Lien letter must be bank endorsed by buyer's bank with the bank's company seal.

When we get blocked fund before 10am on Tuesday or 10am on Thursday , buyer will get his money on same Tuesday/Thursday once CBN supplies Access bank plc on Tuesday

In short, buyer must block fund for seller and transfer is made into buyer's Domiciliary account and telex copy sent for verification after which buyer pays naira to seller and all facilitators.

But if we get blocked fund before 10 am on Tuesday or Thursday

Buyer will get his money within 24 hours

But if letter comes very late on either Tuesday or Thursday or Friday, then buyer will get his money on Tuesday or Thursday Next week

There is no transfer on Monday

No transfer on Wednesday

No transfer on Friday

If lien letter is submitted say by 8am on Wednesday or Thursday, buyer will get his USD on Thursday inside 24 hrs

Hence when buyer submits his letter on Tuesday, he will get his money on the same Tuesday which is within 24 hrs where transfer takes place but in a case where lien letter is submitted very late on Tuesday say 4 pm , buyer will get his money at maximum hour which is on Thursday , another day when CBN will do transfer

But a case where buyer submits lien letter on Thursday say 3pm or on Friday, buyer will be supplied at maximum hour which 72 hrs/Tuesday

That's why in all CBN offshore / inflow lien letter verbiage, 72 hrs is stated

Remember, it takes maximum of 48hrs to lien

Buyer cannot submit lien letter tomorrow say 2pm and expect seller to supply him USD immediately

In such case, buyer will get his money on Tuesday because that's the day transfer is done from CBN to all banks before they supply their clients who already lien.

That's why CBN puts a verbiage of 72hrs
