The salary is reasonable for an aspirant developer. From the year of experience required the salary is reasonable.

What kind of reasonable be that if you don't know what it takes to be a developer you don't need to talk, even Good graphics designer won't take that shiit.

Its kinda funny how people are bashing a salary post.
An employer is telling the public what he or she wants to offer an employee and you are talking about too small? Please don't discourage people from trying out opportunities.

A .NET dev salary with the above skills and 1 year experience should not be lower than 150k.

I think this company should review her compensation package.

The Salary determines the type of developers you are trying to recruit, with that salary no competent developer will ever want to apply except rookies which I am very are not in his requirement. If he ends up getting a developer who can copy and paste gracefully, and their is fuckup, he will go around bashing & soiling all reputable Nigeria Developers name.
