Depends on the area you are referring. This year may be higher. Ordinary 'HARROW' is 7k not to talk of plough. We live by this.

op you can't Plough a plot for 10k.no one will accept that. an acre is ploughed for just 6k in my area. 6 plots makes 1acre from what I know. please be real in your claims.
