STAMFORD TEXTILE LTD. is looking out for customer care representatives with job entitlement as follows;

1. Answers incoming customer calls regarding billing issues, product problems, service questions and general client concerns.
2. Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller.
3. Update customer information in the customer service database during and after each call
4. Work with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies.
5. Impact the company’s bottom line by problem solving and turning frustrated clients into repeat custom.

Requirements
1. Applicant must be above 18 and not more than 32 of age.
2. Applicant must be a computer literate and must be willing
to relocate if need be.
3. Applicant must be a resident of Lagos, Ogun or Ibadan.
