Mortgage and loans are the stupidity!!

Nobody buys a house in sane clime like the " cash and carry" culture in Africa.

Wrong
He earns £1.2 million per annum (£600,000 after taxes), so he is financially qualified for a mortgage facility for the £2 million house.
