press shutdown key and select general or off ur phone and start it again it will ask u whether u want to continue in offline mode,select no or check ur simcard and insert properly |

it means your phone is locked. you need to unlock it. you can try unlocking your phone through codes. its the safe way to unlock your phone. because when you unlock your phone through software or hardware there are possibilities for data getting corrupted or lost. but there is no such possibilities when you unlock through codes. thats y i prefer this method to unlock my phone. i got the codes from this site http://www.theunlockspot.com/ to unlock my phone. for basic mode nokia phones you can get the unlock codes for free of cost from here. http://www.unlocking4free.com/ |
