Malnutrition is a condiction where a
particular person lacks some certain
nutrients.it does not really have to do with
not having enough food to eat as many
would think,but it relates to the
consumption of essentian nutrients in the
right proportion as an over-fed individual
can be malnourished too if not fed based
on the nutrient demand of the body. |

#1 WEAKNESS
One of the symptom of malnutrition is
general weakness,the individual becomes
tired every now and then and he/she may
start lacking energy,feeling depress and
muscle getting thin.Deficiency of
carbohydrate,vitamin D,potassium e.t.c can
lead to this condiction. |

#2 ANEMIA
This is a condition that
develops when your blood lacks enough
healthy red blood cells or
haemoglobin,anemia causes feelings of
exhaustion and weakness.There are
various forms of anaemia which canbe
caused by several factors.deficiency of
nutrients such as iron and B-complex
vitamin can lead to anaemia. |

#3 DELAYED HEALING
malnutrition can prevent wounds from
healing on time,and in some case lead to
prolonged bleeding when there is a fresh
cut.some individuals may end up with open
wounds such as cracked lips and bleeding
gums.i.e vitamin K,vitamin C an copper.
