Malnutrition is a condiction where a particular person lacks some certain nutrients.it does not really have to do with not having enough food to eat as many would think,but it relates to the consumption of essentian nutrients in the right proportion as an over-fed individual can be malnourished too if not fed based on the nutrient demand of the body.

#1 WEAKNESS One of the symptom of malnutrition is general weakness,the individual becomes tired every now and then and he/she may start lacking energy,feeling depress and muscle getting thin.Deficiency of carbohydrate,vitamin D,potassium e.t.c can lead to this condiction.
