pls this have been going on for sometime now..well over 5yrs or so. I tend to feel discomforting pain in both knees when performing any physical activity apart from walking, this include jumping, running, nd playing football wch is my greatest concern.When i try squatin the knees quiver seriously nd i end upfalling...bin on several medicatons e.g diclofenac potassium, calcium supplement to mention a few..Pls i need serious health advice cos. i am a sport enthusiast nd it is slowly eating my sport life nd youth @ large.......Over 2 d house,, lala do wat u knw best |
