Illegal Traffic Mobile Court In Osogbo Collecting Cash Fine. by dayo72: 3:39pm On Jan 15, 2018
Dear Fellow Nairalanders,

Police and some disgruntled element constitute themselves as Mobile Court in Osogbo this Monday Morning of January 15, 2018 around Ayetoro Area, after Mobile Petrol Station and charging exorbitant amount ranging from N20,000 for a mere expired Driving License offense.

The pathetic issue is that they are not ready to allow payment into Government coffer, but collecting raw cash.

My question is;

How can Mobile Court is conducted inside Police Van without State Of Osun Government official Vehicles?

Are they actually constituted by the authority?

Are they suppose to collect cash or payment into Government coffer.

This illegality of cash collection must stop.
