Construction Of Semi-detached 8Unites Of 2bedroom flats attached with an office complex @ Illorin in Progress

Construction works started December 2017. Below are the progress reports and pictures of work so far done;

1) Site Clearing and Excavation completed
2) Raft beam formwork, reinforcements and concrete work completed
3) Reinforced floor slab concrete works completed
4) Ground floor block works and plumbing works completed

Why raft foundation sir?
Do they also have poor soil in illorin?

The drawing plans have the same design pattern chief,..that staircase at the rear view is not relating,..hope you made mistake in pasting the wrong plan.......
Modified ,....I can now relate it well,...feels the staircase is too much for just two spaces,....good luck on your project...hope to see site photographs

From the soil test result the soil is bad and raft was one of the recommendation

The circular staircase will be use for emergency exit

3) Upper floor electrical and plumbing works completed
