Each of the line describes different people as far vehicle driving I'd concern
Line one- some have car,but cannot drive
Line two-some can drive but have no car

We carry out driving trainings everyday, saturdays n Sundays inclusive,
Driving training is twice daily,either attend morning session from 10am -12pm or evening 4pm-6pm(but not both)
There shall be a pre driving training activities in the training room( such as video watching,driving simulating practice,lectures)before hitting the road
