I'm sorry to say but in this age and time when you can input number plate details on the FRSC site and know which car it's registered to, the car cannot be unidentified. Maybe you can say you don't know the color but it's also stated that the bumper fell off so the color should be known except the bumper is a different color.

If you ever get hit by a car at 11 p.m at night in the dark, and you are left with multiple wounds like the man in the picture, tell me if you would have the presence of mind to start memorising number plates of the car that hit you, and zoomed off?

Wouldn' t you be trying to duck and escape with your life, or trying to cope with the pain inflicted upon you from the accident?

Anyway, thank God the bumper fell off with the number plate. I hope the Police will not ask for mobilisation, in order to track the culprit.
