An Insurance Company in Lagos, Nigeria is seeking to employ candidates to handle the following job roles;

(1) Receiving Cashier (CR01)
Job description:
-Receiving approved debit notes from Technical Operations and posting the transactions.
- Daily monitoring of bank statements
- Ensure all cheques and cash receipts are lodged in the bank
-Preparation of reports
- Raising of correction journals
- Daily updates and notification of foreign exchange rate

(2) Cashier (payable) CP02
Job description
- Making payments
-Process and reconcile petty cash
- Retirement of cash advance and expenses
-Manage Claims and Admin expenses settlement
-Prepare cashflow forecast

(3) Bank Reconciliation Officer (BRO03) Job description
-Sending letters to banks for account statement
-Collection of monthly bank statements for all accounts
- Raise Journals for all bank charges
- Reconciliation of bank accounts
- Balancing of the General Ledger to the bank statement
- Investigation of unrecognised items

Work Experience: Between 1-3 years relevant experience.

Educational qualification B.Sc. or HND Accounting/Accountancy, Banking & Finance or related discipline

Job Responsibilities

Educational Qualifications & Functional / Technical Skills
• Applicant should have degree/HND in Management or Social Science
• At least 3 years working experience in HR in a structured organization
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Membership of CIPM or other related HR bodies)
