The Borno State Police Command has confirmed a suicide bomb attack on a market Muna Garage in Maiduguri capital of the state, by a member of the dreaded Boko Haram group, in which 12 persons were killed and 48 others wounded.

It was learnt that a male suicide bomber gained entry into the area and detonated an explosive device at the market which was crowded, killing himself and other persons.
