Is this really a 3.3l V6? Seems more likely to be a 3.0l V6.

This has JDM or some other non- North American styling written all over it but I can't decide which variant it is.

It didn’t occur to you, after reading my message, that I was making an inquiry and expressing my curiosity after making some interesting discoveries about the Advertised vehicle?

It didn’t also occur to you that I wouldn’t make those comments if I didn’t have some information about the subject matter?

Well in this case I do.

I could be wrong, but I’d bet that this isn’t just an American Lexus rx330 with a body kit, and that that isn’t a 3.3l 3mz rx330 engine.

Like I originally posted before the discussion got hijacked or derailed by a poster with not enough information on the subject matter, this is not a regular North American Lexus RX. As a matter of fact this isn’t even an rx330.

This is a European/Asian/JDM Lexus RX300 with a 3.0l 1mz Engine. It doesn’t seem to have an air suspension as I earlier wondered though.

Seller should Post the VIN for further clarification.

In all, it’s certianly an interesting specimen, which was my initial intention to draw attention to.

The reason why i quoted you at first was to let you know that the car has 3.3L 3mz.
That's it.
A 3.0L is for the predecessor rx300 . look at picture and look at the one in the links you sent. They're same.
If I'm wrong I'd admit my mistakes.
Afterall we learn everyday.
And I've learnt a lot on the forum.

I've seen toyota harrier on this forum with 2az 4cylinder engine. And the engine cover of a Rx350 was placed on the engine to make it look like a v6.

it's a toyota harrier not the lexus too flashy and luxurious to on a basic to be lexus.

what gave it away is the bumper, look well at the plate number holder the engine too was confusing as it looks like both the 1MZ with vvti and 3MZ but I think it is actually the rear 1MZ with VVTI

Thought as much. Definitely not a regular North American Lexus Rx330

1. The number plate bracket is too long for North American plates.

2. That interior is definitely not North American RX330

3. Look at the roof. The absence of racks further marks it out as definitely not North American. Doesn't mean all American Rx330 have racks, but very few do not.

4. The exterior is not a 'body kit' as was opined.

There are a few more dead giveaways if the Advert had clearer front or side photos.

-Look for the side marker lights. They are regulation for European/Asian Vehicles.
-Look for the corners of the headlamps. European vehicles aren't required to have the amber marker that the US variants are.

Also look for the Side mirror folding button beside the mirror adjusting knob, inside the vehicle.

Just a few feature differences. The rest are more subtle.
