Eko Maintenance Limited is a rapidly growing Facility Management Company that specializes in maintenance of high rise building facilities with office located in Victoria Island, Lagos. In view of our quest for expansion, we are currently recruiting to fill the position below:


(1.)Job Title: Store Keeper

Location: Lagos

Job Description
Exercise general control over all activities in Stores Department
Ensures safe keeping both as to quality and quantity of materials.
Maintain proper records using an excel sheet.
To initiate purchase requisitions for the replacement of stock of all regular stores items whenever the stock level of any item of store approaches the minimum limit fixed in respect thereof.
Issue materials only in required quantities for specific jobs after obtaining due authorization,
Any other related job
HSE Responsibilities:
Take reasonable care of my own safety.
Take reasonable care of the safety of others that might be affected.
Comply with all reasonable safety policies and procedures of the company including reporting of hazards or incidents via the company’s reporting process
To take care of all equipments and PPEs in their possession
Requirements
Minimum of HND in a Business field such as Economics, Logistics, Accounting or any other related course and excellent record keeping knowledge
Basic understanding, knowledge and experience in HSE procedures is a pre-requisite
Ability to use excel or any form of storekeeping software.
Fluency in English
Excellent record keeping knowledge.
Ability to use excel or any form of storekeeping software, fluent in English and excellent record keeping knowledge.

(2.)Job Title: Procurement Officer

Location: Lagos

Job Description
Timely procurement and delivery of high quality electromechanical and building products used in the maintenance of a high rise building facility.
Preparing of Job Orders
Ensure delivery of procured items
Dealings with suppliers, manufacturers and vendors as regards quality electromechanical and building products used in the maintenance of a high rise building facility
Any other related job
HSE Responsibility:
Take reasonable care of my own safety.
Take reasonable care of the safety of others that might be affected.
Comply with all reasonable safety policies and procedures of the company including reporting of hazards or incidents via the company’s reporting process
To take care of all equipments and PPEs in their possession
Qualifications
Minimum of HND in a business field such as economics, logistics, accounting or any other related course and excellent record keeping knowledge
Applicant must be a holder of Master Degree in a business field such as Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or any other related course with not less than 10 years experience as a practicing Procurement Officer in a reputable organization
Knowledge and Skills Required:
To have supply-chain work-related skills, production and processing as well as customer and personnel service skills.
Fluency in English
Excellent record keeping knowledge.
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Excel Sheet, Microsoft Word and the Microsoft environment is highly essential.

(3.)Job Title: Electromechanical Supervisor

Location: Lagos

Duties And Responsibilities
Follows-up all maintenance works (Corrective & preventive Maintenance).
Inspects work for completeness.
Manages leads and coordinates the maintenance (corrective & preventive) teams.
Works closely with his team on trouble shooting problems.
Generates periodic informative reports regarding all maintenance facets
Make work assignments and supervise the work of subordinate employees on assigned tasks.

Qualifications
Must be a holder of HND / B.Eng in Electrical Engineering/ Electronics
Must be experienced in high rise building maintenance and must have at least 10 years experience.
Knowledge And Skills Required:
Basic understanding of electrical systems
Troubleshooting and hands-on repair of 11KVA medium voltage, electrical power panel, control panels, electrical equipments, electrical pumps, motors, variable, frequency drive e.t.c
Must have experience with chillers /chilled water system and electrical system in high rise building facility.
Ability to perform duties with attention to details, speed, accuracy, follow through, courtesy, cooperativeness and work with minimum supervision.
Ability to satisfactorily communicate in English
