Candidate must be educated (o'Level at Least) and should be able to do a bit of arithmetic

Candidate should be able to operate a generator

You guys often forget to state the salary.
I hope it's not deliberate.

State the salary and I and my team would decide based on the pay.

I'm a mech engineering graduate worked with two security companies and not yet prepared to go for NYSC.
