My employer is something else. uses staff like animals, curses at will, late payment of salaries, expects staff to lie and cover for her against big clients. Moreso they do not conform to local labor laws. Please where can one report such behaviour? can the Ministry of Labor, PENCOM, or any agency help? This has got to stop. |

Be careful. Is ur colleague that u are disgruntled with that will betray U. If u feel bad, resign. Become ur employer's competitor. Am sounding like this cos, even since, I resigned, I have not gotten another job. |
