Arsenal fans have lashed out at Thierry Henry, after Alexis Sanchez revealed the Frenchman’s role in his move to Manchester United.
Sanchez completed his switch to Old Trafford on Monday, with Henrikh Mkhitaryan moving to the Emirates.

In his farewell message to Gooners, the Chilean disclosed that he spoke to Henry about the move.

“I remember today, a conversation I had with Henry, a historic Arsenal player, who changed club for the same reason and today is my turn,” he wrote.

Henry left for Barcelona in 2007, but rejoined the club on a short-term deal years later.

A statue of him is in front of the Emirates Stadium, but with his latest actions, some supporters feel he has lost his legendary status.
