1. INCIDENT & PROBLEM MANAGEMENT ANALYST
Description
• To ensure Incidents are resolved as fast as possible, taking into full consideration the severity of the incident and the WLA requirements;
• Responsible for the coordination, management and execution of proactive and reactive measures as is related to Incidents and problems within the scope of the EMTS ITO Project.
• Manage Incidents 24x7 and ensure minimal disruption to the service and fast service restoration
REQUIREMENTS/COMPETENCE
• ITIL Problem Management experience
• ITIL Foundation Certification
• Strong root cause analysis, problem solving, and analytical skills
• Knowledge of IS/IT applications and software development lifecycles
• Project Management basic knowledge
• Knowledge of eTOM or other industry practices related to Service Management and Lifecycle.
Knowledge of the WLA (Working Level Agreement) to be used for the specific customers.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
• Degree within Electrical Engineering/ Telecommunication Engineering/ Computer Science / Computer Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum of Seven (7) years’ work experience with at least three (3) years in a supervisory role.
Prior experience in an operations/services/technology environment.

2. POWER ENGINEER:
Requirement:
• Strong sense of responsibility and hardworking.
• Ability to work with little or no supervision
• Minimum of HND or its equivalent with at least three (3) year work experience in power related company preferably data center power distribution system including but not limited to UPS, battery, and generator.
• Should be able to interpret and implement design drawings of power system.
• Should be able to diagnose any issue with datacenter facility.

3. HV AC ENGINEER:
Requirements:
• Strong sense of responsibility and hardworking.
• Ability to work with little or no supervision.
• Minimum of HND or its equivalent with at least three (3) year work experience in precision AC working experience.
• Ability to interpret and implement design drawings of air conditioning systems and construction programs,
• Ability to operate welding machine.
• Data center knowledge will be an added advantage.

4. GSM/UMTS/LTE OPTIMIZATION ENGINEER:
Descriptions:
• GSM/UMTS/LTE KPI monitoring and reporting, with Huawei U2000/PRS
• GSM/UMTS/LTE KPI optimization, including worst cell analysis, SSV analysis and cluster analysis
• Parameter audit/configuration, feature deployment of GSM/UMTS/LTE
• Tool: Huawei U2000/PRS, Map info, TEMS etc.
• B.Sc. in relevant field.
