Twenty-three final-year students of University of Debrecen’s Medical School, Hungary, sponsored by the Rivers State government, have urged Governor Nyesom Wike to release funds, to enable them complete their studies. They made the plea yesterday in an online statement, saying they were awarded scholarship in 2012 to study medicine by the Rivers State Sustainable Development Agency (RSSDA), when Rotimi Amaechi, now Transportation minister, was governor.
