Real estate marketing executive
Our client, a property developer is seeking an experience marketer in the property market.

Responsibilities
• Negotiate and win sales for the company thereby contributing towards the achievement of targets.
• Prospecting new clients and follow up aggressively on contacts
• Develop leads for new business
• Build and maintain relationships with clients
• Follow up with legal department to ensure purchase is legal and binding.
• Visit and show several sites and explain features of homes.
• Participate actively in the planning and implementation of company’s marketing initiatives
• Achieve assigned annual marketing target
• Promote company products
Requirements
• Degree/HND in relevant discipline
• 5 years sales/marketing experience preferably in a property sales
• Passion for Marketing
• Great communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer focus
• Results driven
• Must be ready and willing to meet set targets.

Remuneration - 1,200,000 per annum + commission
Candidate must reside on the island
