This is a problem I have been struggling with for sometimes now. One farm is in Nigeria and the other is in Costa Rica planting the same crop. The one in Nigeria has many people working on it with very poor result. The commissioner of something even commissioned it.

While the one in Costa Rica has few people working on it and was never commissioned. They have 55,000 pineapples per hectare and the one in Nigeria has about 10,000 per hectare. you can see the difference yourself.

However, the guy in Costa Rica is not using magic, not praying and it is not rocket science. The technology is in Nigeria and the manual is all over the place on Google. My question is, giving the land, the money, the water, the seedling and the know how, Why can't people reproduce the same result in Nigeria?
