1. Pastor Sam Adeyemi was born on February 3rd 1967.
2. His full name is Samuel Adesanya Adeyemi.

3. He is a native of Odo-Ere, Yagba-West Local Government Area in Kogi State Nigeria.

4.Married to Pastor Nike Adeyemi, a trained Architect.

5. He met his wife while pastoring in Rhema Chapel where she was a worker in the Church

6. Pastor Sam is the elder brother of Rev.Victor Adeyemi, the Senior Pastor of Global Harvest Church Ibadan

7. He entered into full-time ministry at the same time with his younger brother; Victor at Rhema Chapel under the leadership of Reverend George Adegboye in Kwara State.

8. Pastor Sam and his brother, Victor were the first members of their family to become ministers of God.

9. While he was in Rhema Chapel in 1995, Rev. George Adegboye made him the Director of Pastoral Care before he later made him Minister in Charge, and later posted him to Lagos.

10. Daystar Christian Center was inaugurated on November 18, 1995 at the Eko Chinese Hotel on Allen Avenue,(4th floor) Ikeja Lagos.
