DUTIES OF A HEALTH INSPECTOR

Health inspectors make unannounced visits to restaurants to enforce regulations that protect the public from food-borne illnesses. They check the hygiene of workers, and the cleanliness of kitchens, pans and utensils, and food prep surfaces that can lead to cross contamination of foods if not cleaned properly
