A maiguard, AMFANI, Daniel Douglas (Kizzy) was two days ago apprehended by his boss for stealing valuables running into hundreds of thousands of Naira over a 6 month period. Kizzy had several months ago whilst cleaning his boss's apartment stolen a bunch of keys that included all security locks in the 4 bedroom apartment located in Thera Annex, Sangotedo.

The house owner who lives alone in the apartment had complained on several occasions that valuables were constantly dissapearing from the house but had no cause to suspect that Kizzy had access to the entire house. He recently returned to the country a few days ago and briefly left for Shoprite to get food. As soon as he drove out of the gate, Kizzy helped himself into the house and took some of the valuables from his travelling bags and quietly eased himself out again.

The house owner raised the alarm the following day upon discovering the missing items from his travelling bags. Kizzy was apprehended and beaten and he confessed to having spare keys to the house. He confessed that he had been stealing valuables from the house for months and selling them online and to friends around the Ajah axis. He was able to return the items he stole from the bags. He is believed to have been entertaining his guests in the house and sometimes sleeping in the apartment as he so wished.
