it depends on the kind of equipment you want to acquire, for example we have wood oven, gas oven and rotary oven... we also have 25kg mixer, 1Bag mixer, and 2Bag mixer... the size of the kind of bakery you want to start will determine the kind of equipment you will need. but for a small bakery producing maximum of 10 bags of flour daily, it will require up to 12 million naira. |
