foods that kill bacteria i'm not aware of such undecided.
you can eat fruits and vegetables that will boost your immune system. as for the bacteria killing, you'll have to result to anti-biotics.

WRONG!

There are many, many "foods" with antibactrial properties. These "foods" contain chemicals, substances, compounds and active ingrdients that kill bacteria and have antibiotic properties.

Examples are - Garlic,Onions, Honey, Grapefruits, Oregano, Thyme,Cumin, Cinnamon,Tarragon,Cloves, Bay leaf, Chili peppers, Rosemary, Dill, Basil, Ginger,,Sage, Nutmeg, Fennel, the list goes on.

as far as i know, those foods you mentioned cannot totally eradicate the bacteria. but they go a long way in reducing the severity of the infections. anti-biotics is still the best option.

Whilst the foods mentioned only have "antibacterial properties" - which means they help in reducing and preventing the occurrence of infections.
You are correct in saying they will not eradicate an already established infection.

Saying this though, Honey is the exception. Numerous clinical trials have shown that Honey is far better at treating infected wounds such as - Burns, various type of ulcers - leg ulcers, diabetic foot ulcers, pressure ulcers, skin grafts, abscesses and boils, than most antibiotics, or even antiseptics.
It is especially effective against antibiotic resistant bacterial infections such as MRSA, Staph Aureus and Pseudomonas, etc.

It is worthwhile to know though, the antibacterial properties of Honey does vary according to the floral sources and region it comes from.
