Good day everyone. Please, could someone help me with this business investment opportunity if it exist? If so where can someone take a policy on such investment?


Say I have money to invest in the tune of $1,000,000. The investment opportunity that I am looking for will allow the following strategy.

1. I invest $1,000,000 at the rate of say 5% or above for 12 years.
2. From my calculations you know the future value (FV) = $1,795,856 from a present value (PV) of $1,000,000
3. The PV of $1,795,856 at discount rate of 12% or lower is $204,276.
4. If you divide $204,276 by 12 years you get $17,023
5. So every year the investment yields $17,023
6. I want a monthly payment into my current account of $17,023/12 which is $1,418.59
7. So every month I get $1,418.59 into my nominated current account to any part of the world I choose to live.
8. I know they would be charges and taxes but the whole idea is to get money paid into my current account.

Anybody with a bussines investment strategy like this? If so please, can you recommend one to me that the firm that is doing such investment?
