Please Help doctors and pharmacist in the house.

It been 8yrs since meningitis left me paraplegic; thankfully there has been a significant improvement.

For the past 8yrs i have being experiencing a muscular pulled, Jerk all over my legs, sometimes one leg or a portion of the Leg which is spasmic i think, and it is extremely painful. It usually subside after one to two day and comes along with fever. As i write this now i have being nursing it since yesterday, it usually reoccur in 3-2month intervals.

Please i want to know is this how it will continue? What will i do to make it stop. Surgery or what, cos drug seems not to be effect.

PS: My legs gave not recover to 100% yet, hence i can't walk in a stark darkness.
