Suspected student cultists of Rivers State University(RSU),Nkpolu Orowurokwo,Mile 3 Diobu,PortHracourt engaged themselves in shoot out at the University back gate,along Azikiwe street this afternoon. An eyewitness and a petty fruit seller who identified herself as Mercy said the two groups numbering over 30 engaged themselves in a shootout which resulted to pandemonium as business owners scampered for safety. Our source said the suspected cultists on seeing the men of Illabouchi Divisional Police headuqrters Azikiwe,Mile 2,Diobu,PortHracourt,Rivers State,Nigeria approaching the scene took to their heels. We gathered that no arrest was made at the scene of the incident.
