Business Operations Officer Required by GM008: 5:26am On Feb 10, 2018
We are currently looking for a Business Operations to work with our team from our offices based in Ikeja.

Responsibilities
• Ensure understanding of core business functions and undertake tasks and responsibilities as required in the delivery of the Services offered.
• Oversee that meetings and events are properly planned and arrangements co-ordinated
• Ensure records of meetings are taken and necessary follow up action undertaken
• Use and maintain databases and information systems to produce reports, presentations undertake analysis and provide recommendations for action
• Assist with the monitoring of policies & procedures and providing Initiatives to the development of the services provided by the business
• Ensure that accurate and up-to-date information is available to clients & employees
• Undertake general administrative tasks and support the teams as required
• Provide timely and effective administrative and operational support to the business
• Respond to queries, liaising with clients/staff to ensure all processes are functioning
• Ensure that all employees are conversant with and competent in using specific systems, procedures and packages
• Assist with the organisation, co-ordination and delivery of projects & services
• Ensure the maintenance of a healthy and safe working environment and take action to reduce the risk to self and others.
• Recommend, organise & coordinate training courses/workshops for all personnel

Person Specification
• Able to work on own initiative with minimal supervision
• Excellent command of English Language - Written and Spoken;
• Excellent Telephone and Interpersonal skills;
• Excellent office administrative experience.
• Proficient use IT systems Including MS Windows & Office amongst others.
• Ability to achieve set goals with attention to details;
• Ability to prioritise workload and complete in timely manner
• Ability to consistently produce work of a high standard
• Willingness to learn and develop;
• Good interpersonal skills - able to communicate in a friendly, open and constructive manner
• Commitment to continuous service development
• Committed to ongoing personal and role development
• Live with 30 mins commute to Ikeja
