Is it not Nigeria again? our maintenance culture is abysmally zilch.
We complain of dearth of infrastructures in our tertiary institutions but the few and little ones on ground are proving herculean for us to manage, after we would turn our blame to the leaders. I'm not exonerating our leaders though cause their awful performance in governance stems from the poor quality of education imparted to them.
