Vacancy for HR manager.

The HR manager job description are;

Using recruitment and interviewing skills to identify staff vacancies and select candidates for open positions.

To promote healthy relationships between staff and management through mediation, handling labor disputes and guiding customers through employees issue.

HR manager will conduct employee training and orientation, administer a benefits program, analyze compensation and other competitive data and prepare budgets.

The HR manager is to report to management regarding HR costs and activities.

HR manager will supervise staff, payroll,  recruitment, placement and training.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS


A bachelor’s degree.
A combination of business knowledge and HR experience.
Masters in Human Resource degree is a plus.


SKILLS REQUIREMENTS

HR managers should have attributes such as outstanding speaking and writing skills, the ability to work under pressure and leadership qualities such as strong work ethic, trustworthiness, self confidence and the ability to delegate responsibilities , must also demonstrate good judgment, creativity and a positive attitude.

AGE REQUIREMENTS
