Grass-Root Smile Initiative (GSI) is a Non Governmental Organization in Kano State that offers free surgeries to Children with Cleft. The NGO which works in partnership with Smile Train has performed hundreds of free surgeries on children with Cleft since inception. Today being a day of love (Valentine’s Day) GSI through their official Instagram page(@grassrootsmile), shared a love story of a disabled couple and how they put smile on the couple’s face by successfully operating on their child (Yusuf) with cleft.
