So my mum was promoted in 2014 but got the promotion letter in 2016(since then till now the salary of that level has not been implemented), now it's almost time for her to be promoted again but this time, the "custom" is that anybody that want to get to that level must pay "transport fare" (bribe) to the "ogas" at the top.
Before I start complaining I just want to know if this "custom" is only in my state or it's a Nigeria something, and she's in The Education sector, SUBEB to be precise.
