For some months now, the guy pictured below has been terrorising Osongama residence,Akwa Ibom by jumping fences and stealing car batteries, generators,phones and laptops etc through the window. A common thing or display by all these thieves and pilferers is the way they look meek and forlorn whenever they are caught as if they are incapable of doing what they did, which makes some onlookers to start developing sympathy and empathy for them... One down onto the next one! |
