it's self explanatory n not complicated nor confusing as @OP stated above. Note that open test or exam are bound to trigger many mistakes as human (students) will always make noise, ask fellow students for direction or material etc which will lead to penalty hence everything (open exam) was provided for the student to be self dependent during the exam.

Tip on passing an open exam question: Give comprehensive definition using Google to search on ur mobile device or using dictionary, explain in ur own terms with relevant examples what u understand abt d concept and attach references.
