It can. It's the CPU speed that matters lol. I run pes 2017 on my system with no lag. I only get a warning message at first when I am about to start the game saying "your gpu does not meet requirements, abort or continue" game run smoothly.

I even played gears of War 3 (minimum requirements for that game is 4Gb nvidia gfx graphic card) on my hp envy with 2GB nvidia gfx, CPU 3.5ghz.

I have like 10 games installed, all running smoothly. Pc handles heavy tasks. Nor be mouth.

So what are we saying?

bro pes 17 is not demanding, try pes 18 or fifa 17 & 18.
