We all know the dangers of taking too many sugar because of it negative effect it causes in our body. Among other things it can lead to diabetes, cardiovascular disease, tooth decay, obesity, and other serious health conditions.

This why so many people have stopped drinking beverages with lots of added sugar (including high fructose corn syrup) but instead the switch to “diet” or “light/lite” varieties.
