I think that they both exceptionally good looking men. Ramsey is an older man yes, but he is still hot and he can act.  Van is younger but his acting skills are not all that.  Ramsey always looks good in his clothes, Van just looks average.  Ramsey is of average height, Van is tall.  Who looks hotter?  I don't want to say this, but i think Ramsey has the edge.
