Hello fellow Nairalanders. I am currently carrying out a study on intercultural pragmatics and I need your help.

I need some culture specific "English" words that we use in Nigeria, those words we made up and use to express concepts with no English equivalent (just because the concept it expresses does not exist in the English culture) e.g. co-wife, drinking hot water(the post-natal sense of it), Jellof, new yam, etc.

Please help a sister.

Thank you
