Just About 4yrs Ago the Ibeno general hospital was built by Akwa Ibom State government and commissioned By president Good luck Jonathan with so much funfair, watch the video below and see the present state of the hospital. This is not to embarrass the govt. but to call their attention to arrest the decay. please anyone close to the government of Udom emmanuel should share this video with them for prompt attention. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yEXsYs8sl2Q
