Job Duties of Business Development Officers:

5. Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings
6. Planning and preparing presentations (say hello to Powerpoint)
7. Communicating new product developments to prospective clients
8. Overseeing the development of marketing literature
9. Writing reports
10. Providing management with feedback

QUALIFICATIONS
1. Must be a graduate with a minimum of Second Class Lower.
2. Must have good communication skills.
3. Must have good knowledge and experience in Graphic Design and Photoshop.

JOB DESCRIPTION OF ARCHITECT

Create architectural designs based on customer input and feedback
Prepare and execute client contracts pursuant to specific consultations
Adjust contracts and designs to meet the changing needs of clients
Draft designs that reflect green building values and cater to our clients’ desires for smaller carbon footprints
Adhere to all industry standards in design
Communicate with contractors and construction workers to implement designs
Oversee and manage architectural production staff


QUALIFICATIONS

1+ years’ experience working in interior architectural design
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Design
Extensive experience with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
Familiarity with Revit software highly desirable
Advanced communication skills


JOB DESCRIPTION OF UPHOLSTERERS

Stretch webbing and fabric, using webbing stretchers.
Collaborate with interior designers to decorate rooms and coordinate furnishing fabrics.
Maintain records of time required to perform each job.
Repair furniture frames and refinish exposed wood.
Adjust or replace webbing, padding, and/or springs, and secure them in place.
Attach bindings or apply solutions to edges of cut material to prevent raveling.
Attach fasteners, grommets, buttons, buckles, ornamental trim, and other accessories to covers or frames, using hand tools.
Build furniture up with loose fiber stuffing, cotton, felt, and/or foam padding to form smooth rounded surfaces.
Design upholstery cover patterns and cutting plans, based on sketches, customer descriptions, or blueprints.
Discuss upholstery fabrics, colors, and styles with customers, and provide cost estimates.
