Mix all your dry powdered ingredients together, Blend the butter and sugar until you get a creamy texture. Add eggs one at a time fold in flour and add fruit mixture Add liqueur and vanilla extract Share batter between two cake tins Place in a heated oven at 180 degrees Celsius Leave to bake fo 45mins to an hour |

When you take it out of the oven. Leave it to cool down property. Pierce the top with a tooth pick Then pour in the liqueur of your choice. |

Rubyventures: As long as you desir but you have got to make sure that you bring it out at intervals to resoak with liqueur. |
