CAACA, a Non-Governmental Organization registered in Nigeria since 2004, support public Health Initiatives, OVC program implementation and HIV/AIDS related services through its Partnership with Health Initiatives for Safety and Stability in Africa –HIFASS,
People-to-People Health Foundation Nigeria (PPHFN) and Succour and Development Services initiatives (SUCCDEV), implementing OVC services in Cross River State referred to as LOPIN3-Local OVC Partner in Nigeria 3.

The Calabar Archdiocesan Actions Committee on Aids (CAACA) seeks the service of a Monitoring and Evaluation Officer.

LOCATION: Calabar, Cross River State

JOB DESCRIPTION

The M&E Officer will be responsible for implementing monitoring and evaluation strategies, framework and tools as well as providing capacity for building for local counterpart

He/she will collect data for reporting and programme review.

Responsible for ensuring that reporting deadline is met.

Will conduct data quality assessment
He/she will ensure timely achievement of milestones
Implementing process to analyze and use data to inform evidence based planning, decision making and dissemination.
Prepare monthly and quarterly reports and semi-annual project reports.

JOB REQUIREMENT

The M&E officer must have at-least 2 years relevant experience
BA/B.SC in Social Sciences, Demography, Statistics, Epidemiology or Related Field
Strong Technical Competence in M&E System
Reasonable working knowledge of and familiarity with USAID M&E rules and requirement
Knowledge of Qualitative and quantitative research method.
